Mr. Horton was raised in rural Beaumont Texas and as such is sympathetic to the needs and plythe of the labor class. He truly understands living paycheck to paycheck. Mr. Horton's professional background has been exclusively in personal injury law. At the age of only 28 years old, just two years out of law school, Mr. Horton resolved his first seven figure case. To date, Mr. Horton's largest case has been $5.4 million dollars. He has represented over 4000 people in the State of Nevada. He has participated in the Nevada Supreme Court, Nevada State District Court System including Clark County, Nye County, Washoe Counties and 8th Judicial Court as well as the U.S. District Court System. Mr. Horton has extensive trial experience including eight jury trials, three bench trials and over 1000 arbitrations and hundreds of mediations in the State of Nevada. He has settled numerous cases in the six and seven figure ranges.

Mr. Horton attended Texas Christian University receiving a Bachelor of Science in Economics with an emphasis in Financial Economics. Mr. Horton received his Law Degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, J.D., cum laude, 1996.
