Man Involved in Fatal Mother-Son January Car Crash Indicted

“A 20-year-old Las Vegas man accused of running a red light before slamming his pickup truck into a car and killing a mother and son inside has been indicted by a Clark County grand jury.

Nathan Hardy will stand trial on two counts of reckless driving in connection with the deaths of Maria DelCarmen Lewis, 45, and her son, Daniel Santos, who was a 17-year-old student at Canyon Springs High School. They died after a crash at 8:42 p.m. Jan. 29 at the intersection of Lamb and Las Vegas boulevards.”
