According to this article, a 62-year-old Pahrump, Nevada man has been accused of sexually assaulting one of the foster children in his care.

“John Bivens, 62, was arrested Feb. 17 on charges of sexual assault with a child under 14 and lewdness with a child under 14, sheriff’s office spokesman David Boruchowitz said.
The state Division of Child and Family Services removed the children in Bivens’ care and placed them elsewhere, authorities said.”
